TEEN MAGIC WORKSHOP—Mondays 10:30 A.M. to NOON
July 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
Sign up to astound your friends and become a hero to young and old alike. It’s a 4-week workshop to teach you the basics of entertainment and befuddlement. Get your cape and wand ready for your Finale, which will be at a special magic show for the children’s Summer Reading Program. 

Teens needing volunteer hours for school can earn them here by participating in ALL 4 workshops and performing at the Magic Show!

Join us most Wednesday mornings for alternating courses of Basic Computer Class and Internet Class from 10:00 - NOON.

“Freedom Never Dies—The Story of Harry T. Moore”

To commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the NAACP, the Hastings Branch Library will present a special film about the work of Civil Rights Leader Harry T. Moore.  Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Hastings Branch Library.

Allie the Intern presents a magical story time experience for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families!  This is an abbreviated format of Southeast's regular story time session; join us for two age-appropriate books as well as fun finger plays.  A fun time for all!

Are you looking for ways to navigate the internet?  If so, this is the class for you.  Pre-registration is required and class size is limited--contact the reference desk at Bartram Trail 827-6960 for registration information.

BARTRAM TRAIL:  Adult Knitting Class @ 6:00 P.M. on July 7, 16, 21, and 28

Have you wanted to learn how to knit?  Do you need to brush up on your knitting skills?  If you answered yes to either question, these classes are for you!  Adults and teens age 14 and older are invited to sign up for this 4-class series from 6:00-8:00 P.M. each evening. Practice yarn will be supplied, students are encouraged to bring their own knitting needles (sizes 8 to 10 are recommended).  Class size is limited and pre-registration is required--contact the reference desk at Bartram Trail 827-6960 for registration information.
