June 1 - August 4Who says kids have all the fun? Starting the first week in June through the first week in August adults can participate in our Adult Summer Reading Program for weekly and grand prizes at the end of the program. Just submit a brief review of any book that you read during this time period and you’ll be entered for weekly and program end raffle drawings. The more you read the more chances you have of winning! Teen Financial Literacy Workshop (Ages 15 - 20)

Are you starting your first job, graduating from high school, or heading off to college? Whatever the reason, every teen needs to learn how to manage money. The St. Johns River Chapter of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the St. Johns County Public Library System are teaming up to offer this full day workshop to young adults, age 15-20. Subjects covered will be budgeting, saving, personal investing, using credit wisely, avoiding identity theft and more. Class size is limited so call us at 827-6940 to register! Lunch provided by the St. Johns County Friends of the Library.
