Friday, July 27 @ 10:30 am & 11:30 am (repeat workshop) Pre-Registration for these workshops begins Friday, June 1, 2012 and is required as space is limited. Please register at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 827-6960! Children ages 5 - 12 are invited to become "Bee Detectives", to "make and take" child-friendly, creative floral arrangements using food and flowers, and to meet Eric, a professional beekeeper coming to teach you all about bees and why not to be afraid of our pollinators!
These workshops are generously sponsored by the Friends of the Bartram Trail Branch Library and the Garden Club of St. Augustine and in collaboration with the St. Johns County Beekeepers Association. PLEASE NOTE: Beekeeper Eric will be bringing a safe, live hive of honeybees and children under the age of 10 must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the program per the library's policy!
