This FREE class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness due to lack of activity. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel and mat. Throughout the month of October we invite you to check out our Brain Quiz Corner display at the Main Library. Each week there will be a new quiz with questions on obesity and the relation to the brain/mind. One winner will be drawn from the correct quizzes for the week, with the possibility of winning Publix gift cards, gift cards for the Mainly Books Bookstore, reusable grocery bags full of healthy foods, and more! Dress up in your costume and come in for our Halloween storytimes! This week, we will be having special Halloween storytimes and a very special Halloween craft during our craft time. After the 11:05 Pre-School storytime, the kids can trick-or-treat with our staff here in the library for a few goodies!
