  • Teens Read with Kids

    All children are invited to be read to by a teen or practice reading to a teen each month in the Children's Department - this program is presented by the teens of Ponte Vedra High School's Book Club! Select what you'd like to hear or read from any of our books or bring your favorites from home. Please note:  All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program and to be a teen participating in the program, you must be a member of the Ponte Vedra High School Book Club.

     

  • Holiday Book Sale

    Are you looking for a nice gift for a family member or friend for the holidays? Come to the Holiday Book Sale conducted by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library! We will have beautiful and inexpensive coffee-table books for sales as well as many other desirable items for purchase in the FOL Community Room. All proceeds go to the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for the purchase of new books as well as for programs and furniture for the public. Buy your holiday gifts and support your library at the same time!

     

  • Ornament Decorating for Kids & Teens

    The holidays will be here soon, so come make decorations with us at the library. Tree ornaments, cards, and present toppers are a few of the things you could make and take home with you.  Make your holidays special with something homemade.  You may also make your own pinecone decoration to put on our library tree. 

     

  • Jacksonville Genealogy Society Presents: The Trail from You to Your Ancestor

    The Jacksonville Genealogy Society will be holding a three-session Intermediate Genealogy Class, featuring research in the U.S. It will be held from 10:15 am to 2:15 pm at the Bartram Trail Branch Library on the following Saturdays: December 1st, 8th, and 15th. Topics will include: Genealogical identification; records & sources - analysis & evaluation; vital records (government & church); land records; immigration & naturalization; often overlooked sources; planning a research trip; publishing your history, and more. Certificates of completion will be given to those persons who attend at least two of the three class dates. There is no charge to attend this class and free parking is available at the library. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please register by emailing your name, address and phone number to jaxgen@comcast.net

     

  • Blood Drive

    Your generous blood donations are needed more than ever!
