Join us as we discuss the adventures and loves and losses of Janie, the book's protagonist, and her life in 1930s Florida. This FREE class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment. It is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, & increase flexibility. Stretching is great for those who experience joint sensitivity, or overall stiffness. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel & mat.
