Author Michael Ray King presents his latest book, Go Write and You Won't Go Wrong: Writing Your Book in Thirty Days. He is the author of nine books, a five-time Royal Palm Literary Award winner, and is the owner of Clear View Press Inc., a small book publishing company based in Palm Coast. This meeting is sponsored by the Florida Writers Association/Ancient City Chapter and the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. All book sales benefit the Friends of the Library. All meetings are free and open to the public.

Bring your drawings, poems, short stories, or anything else you want to share with this talented group of teens. Don't forget your mug - coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be provided.
Wi$e Money Week: May 11 -17
Come into the Southeast Branch to pick up a copy of Be Smart, Save Money coloring and activity books with crayons for your child. The books are supplied by The Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling in support of Wi$e Money Week in Florida.

SJCPLS and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants are teaming up to celebrate Wi$e Money Week, May 11-17, 2014. The Social Security Workshop focuses on issues important for those nearing retirement and the Estate Planning Workshop focuses on changes that may affect your estate planning. You may register for either or both of the workshops by contacting the Bartram Trail Branch Library at 827-6960.

The Knit Wits is a family affair. Kids (Ages 8-17) are welcome to learn to knit, or bring along mom so she can learn too. Learn to knit, or bring in something you’ve already started, and knit with the group. Please bring your own knitting needles, if you have them.
