  • Summer Reading Event: Magician Mark Alan





    Thursday, July 24 @ 2:30pm and 3:30pm (repeat show)

    Magician Mark Alan returns to the library for a special "mad science"-themed magic show. Don't forget to check out our special magic books display the week of the program to learn your own magic tricks and stay tuned for another special magic show at your library MC'ed by Magician Mark Alan and presented by local Ponte Vedra teens in August. Thank you to the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for generously sponsoring this program.


  • Babytime

    Babytime is designed for pre-walkers ages 0-16 months. Join us in The Children's Room for a lapsit circle time where we will engage the wee little ones with songs, action rhymes, and sensory exploration. Parents can learn fun new ways to interact with their babies and socialize them with other children in the same age group. For the safety of the babies, we encourage parents to graduate their toddlers to Toddler Time once they are able to walk and run.


  • Toddler Time

    Toddler Time is designed for children ages 1-3. Mr. Andy and Mrs. Marcia will sing songs, read stories, perform action rhymes, and more. It is always a great time, but seating is limited. If you don't make it into the 11am program, we will be hosting a second one at 11:30am so stick around. You'll be glad you did.


  • Summer Reading Event: Main-iac Science Labs pt.2

    It's the Florida Library Youth Program (FLYP) and this year it is all about science. In part 2 of the Main-iac Science Labs program, you can help Main-iacs Mr. Andy and Mrs. Marcia explore the fun side of science.


  • Adult Bingo For Books

    Do you love free books and playing B-I-N-G-O? Come on out to the library, make new friends or bring old friends along, and win adult fiction and non-fiction books. Everyone is guaranteed to go home with at least one book. Book prizes are generously donated by the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. Everyone is welcome and it's free.

  • Family Storytime

    In preparation for Friday's celebration of all things cold, we'll be reading about life in Antarctica. Learn about creatures, blue ice and more. We'll sing, dance, and do a craft, too.


  • Yoga for Kids

    Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches and exercises. This program is for beginners and fun for the whole family.  It is recommended that you wear loose clothing and bring your own towel or mat.


  • Art Lab

    Get crafty and creative with some out-of-the-box art. Experiment with different tools and mediums as you learn about different cultures and artists. This series is appropriate for kids of all ages. Although plastic aprons are supplied, please wear clothing that you feel comfortable painting in. This series is sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.

    Join us for this exciting FLYP event and be prepared to be amazed by the magic of Mark Alan.

    Bartram Trail’s FLYP Programs take place at 10am and are held at the Family Activities Building (FAB) at Switzerland Community Church located at 2179 State Road 13. Children of all ages may attend; please be aware, however, that FLYP Programs are intended for the school-age child. Strollers and street shoes will not be permitted in the building.   • Power of Positive Living - Gluten Free

    Gluten Free Adult WorkshopThursday, July 24 @ 6pm
    Take charge of your health and your life. Join us for a free seminar series covering a gluten free diet. Discover who might need to live gluten free, the health benefits of the diet and how to find gluten free foods or make your own. Participants will be able to try various samples and everyone is invited to attend. Hosted by special guest speaker SPYROS, a Gluten Free Expert and Consultant.
