RELAX with Singing Bowls

Singing BowlsThursday, July 30th @ 5:30-6:30pm

Crystal Singing Bowl Resonance is a powerful healing tool that gently promotes health and balance in one’s life. When played, they produce beautiful waves of healing sound and vibration known as resonance; listeners experience an increased sense of peace, harmony and vitality within their mind, body, & spirit, which can result in lower blood pressure, immune system stimulation, reduction of stress hormones, and increased endorphins. No experience required: expect to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired! During the session participants may rest in savasana or sit; please bring a yoga mat or folded towel for your comfort. A brief introduction to the seven major chakras will be provided and then the Crystal Singing Bowls will be rung, each bowl is specifically tuned to balance and energize each chakra.
