This week we'll read about things that slither and crawl. Snakes, turtles, and other close-to-the-ground creatures will be the subject of our stories, and we'll do a craft, too. Plus, we'll have the usual music and dancing. Join us.

Our world is filled with all kinds of sounds. This week we'll play with some of them, including the buzzing of bees, the thumping of hands on drums, and the voices of children. Join us for stories such as The Loud Book! and The Quiet Book by Deborah Underwood. We'll also talk about communication with the hearing impaired and learn some signs. Join us for music, dancing and a craft, too.

It’s the “star” of the stars. It warms us and the earth and helps plants grow. This week, learn about the sun. Join us for books such as Sunlight: How Plants Bring the Earth to Life by Molly Bang. We’ll also sing, dance, and do a craft.

Stay 'n Play provides and chance for your child to play, learn social skills such as sharing, and to make friends. Take a little time to relax after storytime and connect with other adults. Legos, puzzles, and other toys are provided.

Family Bingo for Books

Looking for fun for the whole family? Come in and play Bingo for Books. Everyone is guaranteed to go home with at least one free book. Books are generously donated by the Friends of the Bartram Trail Branch Library.
