Kids and teens, celebrate International Peace Day by creating fabulous peace crafts. We'll make pinwheels, create beautiful chalk murals, make peace rocks, and create a zen garden space. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Anastasia Island Library.

Have you ever visited the St. Johns County Bookmobile? If not, now is the time. The Bookmobile will be parked near the front doors of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library and will be available for patrons of all ages to tour and check out materials. Your SJCPLS library card works in the library and the Bookmobile. If you don't have a card yet, you can sign up for one on the Bookmobile. Be sure to join Ms. Anne for a special bookmark craft. Adding to the fun at the library is the last day of the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library's Book Sale - Bag Day - at which you can purchase a bag for $8 and load up with as many books as you like - the proceeds go to the library.

Children ages 3-5 are invited to receive a free, 10-minute Early Literacy Screening at the library, courtesy of Nemours BrightStart. Registration is taken on a first-come, first serve basis by a Nemours representative. Utilize this free screening to find out where your child's literacy strengths lay and what you can do to help them improve in any other areas before they start school.
Just for Babies - Held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 10:15am; for babies up to 15 months and their caregivers. This infant lapsit is designed for one-on-one interaction between caregiver and baby. Families with multiple children are encouraged to attend Family Storytime.

Come into the library to play with over 60 pounds of LEGO bricks and pieces. We supply the LEGO bricks and fun - all you need to bring is your imagination. There is no registration or fee for this program.

Tweens in 4th-7th grades are invited to the library for an afternoon of building with Legos and hanging out. No registration is necessary and it's free. Thanks to our Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for providing the Legos for this very special program just for Tweens, including our pink Legos. Tween girl Lego lovers, we want you to join our club, too.

Children (K - 5th grade) and their caregivers are invited to make crafts with the teens of Nease High School's Arts in Motion Club. Materials are provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, no registration is needed, and it's free. This month, we're celebrating International Peace Day by making peace ornaments for our library's Peace tree. Please Note: All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
Toddler Storytime: Wednesdays @ 10:10am
Preschool Storytime: Wednesdays @ 11am
Storytimes are every Wednesday through April. These programs are geared toward families with toddlers and preschoolers. Programs include music, stories, and classroom-type interaction. There’s no need to rush out after storytime. Instead, stay, socialize with other adults, and maybe even relax. Toys and games will be provided for the little ones so that they can socialize, too.
