LEGO Club for Tweens

LegoWednesday, September 18 @ 4pm
Tweens in 4th-7th grades are invited to the library for an afternoon of building with Legos and hanging out. No registration is necessary and it's free. Thanks to our Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for providing the Legos for this very special program just for Tweens, including our pink Legos. Tween girl Lego lovers, we want you to join our club, too.

 

Celebrate International Peace Day at After-School Crafts with Teens

art programWednesday, September 11 @ 4pm

Children (K - 5th grade) and their caregivers are invited to make crafts with the teens of Nease High School's Arts in Motion Club. Materials are provided by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, no registration is needed, and it's free. This month, we're celebrating International Peace Day by making peace ornaments for our library's Peace tree. Please Note:  All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.

 

Toddler and Preschool Storytimes @ Bartram Trail

Storytimes are every Wednesday through April. These programs are geared toward families with toddlers and preschoolers. Programs include music, stories, and classroom-type interaction. Dinosaur Thunder book coverBring the kids to storytime for books and songs about that creature kids go crazy for: dinosaurs. We’ll read stories such as Countasauras by Megan Bryant and Dinosaur Thunder by Marion Dane Bauer. We’ll also do a dino-craft to take home.
