Do you love free books and playing B-I-N-G-O? Come to the library, make new friends or bring old friends along, and win adult fiction and non-fiction books. Everyone is guaranteed to go home with at least one book. Book prizes are generously donated by the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. Everyone is welcome and it's free.

The book sale features all kinds of books and items such as DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, and audio books. During the bag sale, customers can fill a paper grocery bag with books for $3.00. Bags will be provided at the sales desk.

The first two hours of the book sale are reserved for members only of the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. The sale features all kinds of books and items such as DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes and audio books. Hardback books cost $1.00 and paperback books cost $.50. All childrens books cost $.25. Scanners are allowed only during public book sale hours.

VERC (Vision Education & Rehabilitation Center, formerly ILAB) is a community-based rehabilitation program for adults and high school youth who have reduced vision to a degree that some difficulty is experienced in daily activities. Services are provided at no cost to the participant. Individuals learn necessary skills to overcome obstacles of vision loss and gain the confidence they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives. VERC serves five counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns. If you are visually impaired, know someone who is, or have an interest in blindness and low vision, please join us to learn more.
