Bring your little ghosts, pumpkins, and goblins to our Halloween Carnival and Costume Parade at the Main Library. Fun and exciting events are planned for the entire family in a safe environment. Enjoy magic shows & shadow puppet theatre. Children can win candy and prizes at game booths, and take part in a costume parade.
