Get into the beat with Joe Asconi and his drums! Joe Asconi Rhythm Company will help connect children to the natural rhythms of the world as he leads them in a spectacular drum circle. Joe was wonderful last year, and we eagerly welcome him back this year!

Children's FLYP Event: "Pajama Camp" presented by Ms. Anne ("Croak") and Ms. Amy ("Hawkeye")!
Thursday, July 12 @ 3:30 pm ONLY
Join Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library's own Ms. Anne ("Croak") and Ms. Amy ("Hawkeye") as we take you "camping under the night's sky" with stories, songs, audience participation, and so much more...all while wearing your PJs, if you wish! Children who come in their pajamas or with a special blanket or favorite stuffed animal will win a special prize. Don't miss this opportunity to see "Croak" and "Hawkeye" wear their PJs, get really silly, and have you joining in all while we celebrate our summer reading theme: "Dream Big, Read!" We'll even show you how to make your own dreamcatchers and send each child home with materials to make one!

Celebrate with us after Independence Day with Tree Hill Nature Center of Jacksonville, Florida who is coming to share live animals of Florida, our natural habitats in Florida, and so much more with you! Tying into our summer reading theme of "Dream Big, Read!", all animals will be noctural, so come prepared to learn all about Florida's animals of the night and see them up close!
