Halloween Bag

Ghouls, goblins, and ghosts, oh my! Come by the library for a spooktacular afternoon of crafting! Sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library, this program will provide loads of ghoulish materials for kids to craft to their hearts' content! All ages are welcome at this family friendly program.

 

Teen Makerspace: Pumpkin Carving

Teens, break out your carving skills and celebrate fall with our annual Pumpkin Carving program, sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library. Cider and fall treats will also be provided. Star Wars Reads Day

May the force be with you at our third annual Star Wars Reads Day! Stop by for intergalactic crafts, games, movies, and even some Yoda Soda at this family friendly event. Feel free to dress in your best Star Wars garb. All ages are welcome.

Want to make a difference in your community and library? Join our Teen Advisory Board and have your voice heard. Decide on changes in the library, and cook up programs that you want to see offered. Kids STEM Club

Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics. We do it all in Southeast's brand new STEM Club. Elementary and middle school-aged kids are invited to join Miss Alex for fun, educational experiments in the library.

 

 

Yoga for Kids

Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches and exercises. This program is for beginners and fun for the whole family. Please wear loose clothing and bring your own towel or mat. Teens are welcome, too.
