Bedtime Storytime
Tuesday, June 18 @ 6:30pm
Wear your PJs to this special session of our regular Wednesday storytime where we do storytime backwards. Arts and crafts come first and then we will wind down with some favorite stories. This is a family program that is suitable for all young children.
Let's "Dig Into Reading" by taking some undersea journeys into the ocean, the sea, and the bottom of a goldfish bowl. Parents, please note that this is the same storytime we will be doing on Wednesday, June 19.
Summer Reading Kickoff: Wacky Wednesday
Wednesday, June 12 @ 2 pm
Celebrate the beginning of summer reading with our wackiest Wednesday yet. Build catapults from scratch and see how far you can launch water balloons at the opposing team. Summer reading logs will be available for pick up and snow cones will be provided courtesy of the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.
Parents, please note that this program will take place outside in the library courtyard and EVERYONE will get wet! Bathing suits and coverups for children are recommended; shoes are required.

Calling all teen artists, poets, and scholars: come share your drawings, sketches, poems, stories...anything. We will meet in the Teen Lounge and share our art and the art of others. Don't forget to bring your mug - hot chocolate, apple cider, and tea will be provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.
