Attention teens: We are seeking Book Talks that celebrate teen literature to post on the Southeast Blog. Book Talks may be no more than 30 seconds and must be about a teen book. Fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels are all acceptable. Book Talks need to be submitted to Miss Kristine or Miss Alex by Thursday, April 17. Call the library at 827-6900 for more information.

In honor of Earth Day, children, teens, and families are invited to view a film about an adorable baby chimp named Oscar and his entertaining approach to life in a remarkable story of family bonds and individual triumph. This film is rated G. Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.

Wear your PJs to this special session of our regular Wednesday storytime where we do storytime backwards. Arts and crafts come first and then we will wind down with some favorite stories. This is a family program that is suitable for all young children.
