Snack Attack

Hey kids, join the Southeast Snack Attack Club @ 2pm every Friday until August 2nd. Enjoy a light snack and listen to Miss Kristine read aloud from The Year of the Book by Andrea Cheng, one of the 2013-2014 Sunshine State Books for grades 3-5. This story follows a young Chinese American girl as she navigates relationships with family, friends, and her fourth grade classroom, and finds a true best friend.

We will not be having Snack Attack on Friday, July 5 due to the library being closed for the 4th of July holiday.  Snack Attack will resume on Friday, July 12 @ 2pm.

Kids are invited to join the Southeast Snack Attack Club @ 2pm every Friday until August 2nd. Lenny Flem Jr. is the only one standing between his evil-genius best friend, Casper, and world domination as Casper uses a spectacularly convincing fake mustache and the ability to hypnotize to rob banks, amass a vast fortune, and run for president.

Robert Lewis Stevenson's spine-tingling tale of pirates and hidden gold comes alive as cabin boy Jim Hawkins matches wits with Long John Silver. This 1950 live-action movie is rated PG. Request the book here.
