LEGO Club for Tweens
Wednesday, December 12 from 4 - 5 pm
Tweens ages 9 - 13/4th - 7th grade ONLY are invited to come on out and bring your friends for an afternoon of fun building with Legos and hanging out at the library. No registration is necessary and it's free! Thanks to our Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library for providing the Legos for this very special program just for Tweens!
Teen Gaming Night
Wednesday, December 5 from 5 - 7 pm
Have fun with your friends at the library and play "E" and "T"-rated games on our PlayStation 3 (with the new Move), Nintendo Wii, and X-Box 360 (with the new Kinect) set up on three TVs for simultaneous playing! Snacks will be served. This event is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library and our friends at Sony. Call 827-6950 for more details! Please Note: Starting in January 2013, Teen Gaming Night will be open to 13 - 18 year-olds ONLY (instead of 11 - 18 year-olds) to make this program just for TEENS!

Winter Wonderland Crafts for Kids & Tweens!

Tween/Teen Weekend Gaming

Tweens and teens are invited to a weekend gaming session, featuring some of your favorite games on the PS3, xbox 360, & Wii! Just for coming we'll let each gamer pick out a FREE young adult book from our reading cart. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
International Games Day

Thanks to our special gaming friends at PlayStation, all children, teens, and their families have the opportunity today to try out a not-yet-released game called "Wonderbook: Book of Spells" for the PlayStation3. According to PlayStation: Wonderbook: Book of Spells takes you on a magical interactive journey of becoming a powerful wizard in your very own living room. Featuring original writing from world famous author, J.K. Rowling, discover back story and new conundrums from the world of Harry Potter. Chapter by chapter, you will be able to read about and practice spells including such fan favorites as Incendio, Wingardium Leviosa, and Expelliarmus. Learn valuable experiences and lessons along the way to becoming a master witch or wizard and earn House Points - just like a student at Hogwarts!
