Teen Gaming Night

Teens (Ages 13-18) are invited to have fun with friends at the library. Play "E" and "T"-rated games on our PlayStation 3 (with the new Move), our new Nintendo WiiU, Nintendo Wii, or X-Box 360 (with the new Kinect) set up on three TVs for simultaneous playing. Teen Tech Week: It's Electric

Learn how to solder small electronics with Mr. Aaron from the Palm Coast Radio Shack. Teens, (Age 13+) are invited to participate and use the soldering iron under supervision. 



Teen Coffeehouse

Calling all teen artists, poets, and scholars: come share your drawings, sketches, poems, stories... anything. We will meet in the Teen Lounge and share our art and the art of others. Bring your sketchbooks, journals, and your own coffee mug and we'll fill it with decaf coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or apple cider. Sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.

Kids Craft: Make a Paper Mache Birdhouse, Part 2

Create beautiful paper mache birdhouses in this two-part craft. Paint and decorate the birdhouses during the second part of this craft. Teen Gamers

Teens in grades 6-12, bring your friends and come for an evening of gaming. We have Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Wii, PS3, or play  Halo on X-Box 360. Refreshments will be served.

 

 

Teen Bad Art Event

There's no school, so come into the library to enjoy some pizza, a movie and create some uniquely bad art. Teens (ages 12-17) will be able to choose which movie they want to see: Goonies, Clueless, or Better off Dead all while eating some delicious Dominos Pizza. We'll also have an assortment of art projects here for the teens to create their own bad art. This is a free program, sponsored by the Friends of the Anastasia Island Branch Library.

Create beautiful paper mache birdhouses in this two-part craft. In the first week, kids choose a form for their birdhouse and create their design using paper mache. Kids can leave their houses at the library to dry over the week. During the second part, kids will paint and decorate their birdhouses. Knit Wits Knitting Club

Knit WitsSaturday, March 1 @ 10:30am
The Knit Wits is a family affair. Kids 8-17 are welcome to come in and learn to knit, or bring along mom so she can learn too. Learn to knit, or bring in something you’ve already started, and knit with the group. Please bring your own knitting needles, if you have them.
