Adventurous teens, put your nerves to the test with our second annual Library FEAR Factor! Compete for prizes, provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library, when you complete our Halloween-themed challenges. Feel free to come in costume.

 

Teen Makerspace: Pumpkin Carving

Teens, break out your carving skills and celebrate fall with our annual Pumpkin Carving program, sponsored by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library. Cider and fall treats will also be provided. Star Wars Reads Day

May the force be with you at our third annual Star Wars Reads Day! Stop by for intergalactic crafts, games, movies, and even some Yoda Soda at this family friendly event. Feel free to dress in your best Star Wars garb. All ages are welcome.

 

Anime Club

Love anime or manga? Find like-minded people at our BRAND NEW ANIME CLUB. Chill out, make friends, and watch some awesome anime. For the movie title, call the library at 827-6900. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.

Want to make a difference in your community and library? Join our Teen Advisory Board and have your voice heard. Decide on changes in the library, and cook up programs that you want to see offered. Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches and exercises. This program is for beginners and fun for the whole family. Please wear loose clothing and bring your own towel or mat. Teens are welcome, too.

J.A.A.M. (Japanese Anime At Main)

Our Japanese Anime At Main club is having their annual Halloween Party where we will be screening a special Halloween short film. Teens, tweens, and young twenty-somethings are invited to join us. Please come in costume. We'll have Halloween snacks provided by the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine.
