Cage Fitness

Kick, Punch, Sweat...Fitness for Women and Men.  Cage Fitness is a no-contact complete workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness.  Instructors from All American Martial Arts will be on hand to teach this fun & exciting new exercise routine.  This class is FREE, but registration is required.  To sign up, please stop by the reference desk or call (904) 827-6900.
