Let the natural healing power of yoga transform your body, breath, and mind into a peaceful state of pure relaxation! Students should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat, towel, and water. Class taught by Jessica Anandi Healy, a certified Integral Hatha Yoga Instructor. Ms. Healy has requested that anyone planning to attend bring one or two non-perishable food items, to be distributed by a local food pantry to those in need.

The St. Johns County Public Library System and Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc. partner to present this third legal workshop covering Unemployment Compensation.  This FREE workshop will discuss the requirements and procedures for appealing a negative determination regarding unemployment compensation benefits, including: the Application Process, Appeal of Denial of benefits, and Administrative Hearing Procedures.
