This free class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement, and attention to alignment and is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Children (ages 6 - 12) are invited to become Nature Detectives at our hands-on workshops where we'll learn all about bats and how these pollinators relate to gardening. Every child will receive free gardening goodies, including Nature Detective notebooks, and enjoy learning all about our wonderful Florida bats and why they are so valuable and not so scary. These workshops are designed by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants, sponsored by the Garden Club of St. Augustine and the Friends of the Anastasia Island Branch Library. Space is limited.
