REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This fun and FREE adult summer series will focus on understanding the movements that create the foundation of all styles of bellydance. We will break down basic bellydance isolations and steps while experiencing a low-impact workout. No prior dance experience is necessary. Suggested attire: Be comfortable! Exercise / yoga pants with a fitted shirt or tank top is fine. Bare feet, socks, or dance shoes are acceptable, but no sneakers please. Any type of scarf or shawl to tie around your hips will be useful, but not required. Please bring water. Class size is limited to 20 participants, so sign up now at 827-6940.
